To get a deaf dog's attention use a laser pointer. It's a great way to make her (in my case) get exercise and have fun, both of you.
MAKEUP TIP: An inexpensive way to achieve a "smokey eye effect" is to apply pencil (dry) eyeliner and then smear it.
